1. Driver Requirements
The driver must have a valid driving licence.
The minimum age may vary depending on the vehicle category.
A valid passport or national ID card is required.
International customers should provide an International Driving Permit when required by applicable regulations.
2. Rental Period
The rental period is calculated by 24-hour periods.
The vehicle should be returned on the agreed date and time.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
If you need to extend your rental, please contact RentKech as soon as possible.
3. Payment
The rental price is confirmed at the time of booking.
Any additional services or charges will be communicated to the customer.
Payment methods may vary depending on the booking and vehicle.
4. Deposit
A security deposit may be required when collecting the vehicle.
The deposit is normally returned after the vehicle is inspected and returned in accordance with the rental agreement, provided there are no additional charges.
5. Vehicle Condition
The vehicle is provided in good working condition.
The customer should check the vehicle before leaving.
Any existing damage should be reported before starting the rental.
The vehicle must be returned in a similar condition to when it was collected.
6. Fuel
The fuel level will be checked when the vehicle is collected and returned.
The vehicle should normally be returned with the same fuel level unless another fuel policy has been agreed.
7. Mileage
Mileage conditions depend on the vehicle and rental package.
Please check your booking details to see whether your rental includes unlimited mileage or a specific mileage allowance.
8. Driving and Traffic Rules
The customer is responsible for following Moroccan traffic laws during the rental period.
Any traffic fines, parking fines, tolls, or other penalties resulting from the customer’s use of the vehicle are the customer’s responsibility.
9. Use of the Vehicle
The rental vehicle must be driven responsibly and only by authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement.
The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, competitions, or any other prohibited purpose.
10. Damage or Accident
In case of an accident, damage, theft, or breakdown, contact RentKech immediately.
Do not make agreements or accept responsibility on behalf of RentKech without first contacting us, except where required for safety or by the authorities.
11. Cancellation
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the booking and rental agreement.
Please check your booking confirmation for the applicable cancellation policy.
12. Returning the Vehicle
The vehicle must be returned to the agreed location at the agreed date and time.
Please make sure you have removed all personal belongings before returning the car.
Any new damage, missing equipment, unusual cleaning requirements, or other applicable charges may be assessed after the vehicle is returned.
